Consumer Guarantees Act Notice

Nothing in our policies or terms limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

If a product is faulty, damaged, or does not meet the guarantees set out under the Act, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund, as determined in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.
