We sell stainless steel drink bottles and related accessories. All descriptions and images on our website are provided in good faith; however, slight variations may occur.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless stated otherwise.
Payment is due in full at the time of order via credit card or Afterpay.
Orders will not be processed until payment has cleared.

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide.
For New Zealand orders, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.
International shipping times vary; please contact us for estimates before placing your order.
Shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

5. Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns for faulty or defective goods.
We do not offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
If your product is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with proof of purchase and photos of the defect.

6. Risk & Liability

All products are used at your own risk.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage resulting from the use or misuse of our products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Our total liability will not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.
