We currently ship within New Zealand.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes approximately 5–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier once the parcel has been handed over. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
